In the tutorial video below you will watch step by step how I made these Easter Egg Meringue Nests. I used my Italian Meringue recipe which is my popular no crack meringue cookie recipe. Click Here to take you to my full how to Italian Meringue recipe with full how to step by step video. Please note that I baked these Meringue Nests at 100 degrees Celsius for 1 hour. You may need a longer baking time depending on the desired outcome you are after. A longer baking time will yield crunchier, drier meringues.
